The best way to do Medical literature survey is to Search in pubmed for authentic articles in standard medical journals.But most of the search results are abstracts.The full articles can be obtained in MD.Consult,or Science direct which are avilable with most of the libraries.The Search engines like Google ,Yahoo and ,MSN give mixed General medical literature along with scietific medical literature,so it is so often difficult to differentiate between these two.So the authenticity of this information is so often questionable and misleading.
